1. Who we are

This website and ebook are operated by A G Adare (the seller). By using this site or purchasing the ebook, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a purchase.

2. What you are buying

You are purchasing a digital download of The SAS Peanut Club in EPUB and PDF formats. Files are delivered via a secure download link valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase, with unlimited downloads during that period.

3. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

4. Licence and restrictions

When you buy the ebook, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it on your own devices. You may not redistribute, resell, share on public networks, reverse-engineer, or otherwise commercially exploit the files. All intellectual property in the book and website remains with A G Adare.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use this site for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, or to interfere with its security (including malware, probing, or scraping). You must provide accurate information and keep your account details secure.

6. Service level

We aim to keep the site and download links available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Download links are time-limited and delivered automatically; it is your responsibility to download the files before expiry.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, non-payment, or repeated or serious policy violations.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A G Adare is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or ebook. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the ebook in the six months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
