If you are not satisfied with your purchase of The SAS Peanut Club, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.

How to request a refund

The easiest way is to visit paddle.net and use Paddle's self-service refund request. Alternatively, email admin@thesaspeanutclub.com with your order details and we will forward the request to Paddle.

When refunds are issued

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within a few business days, although it may take longer for your bank or card issuer to process the credit. We do not charge restocking or processing fees for refunds.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive. If you have already downloaded the files, you may still request a refund under the 30-day guarantee, provided your request is genuine.
