Author · The SAS Peanut Club
A G Adare writes at the seam between military history and myth. The SAS Peanut Club is a tribute to the men who lived in the margins of the Regiment's official record — the ones whose stories arrive by second-hand pint rather than declassified file.
The book grew from years of pub folklore, half-remembered anecdotes, and the odd unverifiable memoir. It sits deliberately outside the polished shelves of official SAS history — closer in spirit to the men it celebrates than to the archives that ignore them.
